Belarus ATI Law
Belarus passed a Law on Information, Informatization and Protection of Information in 2008 and you can familiarize yourself with the law under the Laws section of our website. However, we decided together with Centre for Law and Democracy and Access Info Europe not to include Belarus on our list of countries with an ATI law given the poor quality of the law. The Global Right to Information Rating does not include the Belarus law for the same reasons.
