Yemen passed ATI law
On 1 July 2012 Yemen passed Law (13) for the Year 2012 Regarding The Right of Access to Information. It is considered a relatively strong law despite the fact that the original draft had to be modified to due resistance from the President. We have posted the new law to our Laws section.
