The Ley de Acceso de Información passed with a vote of 182-16 in the Chamber of Deputies

On September 14th, Argentina's Chamber of Deputies overwhelmingly voted to approve the original text of its freedom of information law. The supermajority vote enabled provisions that had been deleted from the bill by the senate to be reinstated in the document.
